What is left before transcribers and public demo.

1. Give one simple entry point: open Editor Inbox, pick the next recording, press play, correct text, name speakers, save.
2. First assignment: work from unlabelled and pass-1 files before review files. Current: 501 unlabelled, 3 transcript drafts.
3. Use AI as a helper: drafts are guesses for Wolof/Wolish. Transcribers should mark uncertain words instead of forcing a bad transcript.
4. Escalate: flag unclear consent, missing audio, sensitive sections, duplicate files, and recordings that need a family decision.

If the team expects more than 500 files, the missing recordings are outside the configured folder or not visible to the service account.

1. Pick 10-25 strong recordings with consent, clean titles, useful summaries, speaker labels, and locations.
2. Publish only records that have passed human review. The public site should feel curated, not like a raw backlog.
3. Use Explore, Map, Lineage, Stories, Games, and Listen as the demo path rather than starting visitors in admin.
