We started in Banjul South because it's where Hamanteh was born — and because a small, dense neighbourhood was the right test bed. As soon as Banjul South completes, the same volunteer toolkit, the same recording protocols, the same parchment design becomes available to other towns. Each project keeps its own coordinator, its own languages, its own elders, its own pace.
