Listen closely
Use headphones, slow the recording down, and return to the parts you need.

Write what you hear
Keep the speaker’s words and language changes. No need to tidy away their voice.

Leave room for uncertainty
Mark what you cannot confirm. A reviewer checks the words before anything is shared.
You do not need to be an expert.
Start with curiosity, a quiet place to listen and the languages you are comfortable with. We will review your application and help you find an appropriate first task.
Applying does not immediately open private recordings. Practice is separate from staff qualification, and sending a transcript never publishes it.
